How to do if the amount of commercial invoice is inconsisten

There is a problem with the CCIPT certification of the CCPIT for the promotion of international trade that the amount on the customs declaration form is different from that on the commercial invoice. Now the customer asks us to increase the amount of the commercial invoice and then take it to the chamber of Commerce for serious consideration. But now, because the amount of the commercial invoice is inconsistent with the amount in the customs declaration form, we can't do the certification of CCPIT ourselves, because in our local CCPIT merchants If the customs declaration amount is inconsistent with the invoice amount, it will be returned and cannot be accepted.
