Export low price commercial invoice to Saudi Arabia for cert

Hello, we are an enterprise in Jiangsu Province. There are a lot of goods exported to Saudi Arabia. The customer's customs clearance information requires the co certificate of origin and commercial invoice to be certified by CCPIT. However, the customer requires that the amount on the invoice be reduced, and the amount of customs declaration is reported according to the actual value of the goods. The problem we encounter now is that when we take the commercial invoice to the CCPIT for certification, we need to provide the original cover of the customs declaration form Official seal, the amount on the customs declaration form can not be changed, so now customers require low value invoice to be certified by CCPIT. Can you make this invoice with low price and low amount of money certified by CCPIT? CCPIT certification must be a real certificate, customers need to check, if it is false, it will be a big trouble.
