Invoice and price list need CCPIT certification process

The invoice and price list can be classified into two categories: one is to make your company's own single title, and the other is to make it double headed. The agent company O / B is your agent company:

1、 Single Title:

1. Mainland companies: we need to provide two copies of the original invoice and price list + a copy of the business license, and then mail them to us, and then send them to the CCPIT for certification.
1 2. Hong Kong companies: we need to provide two copies of the original invoice and price list plus a copy of the business registration certificate, and then mail them to us. Then we will send the consultation to the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce for certification, and finally to the CCPIT for certification.
3. Except for Hong Kong companies and mainland companies, the head of Companies in other regions can not be certified by CCPIT with single head.

2、 Double head:

Applicable to all regions of the company title, provide invoice and price list electronic file can come.

The difference between the two: the legal effect of the certificate is the same; if the L / C suggests to make a single title, other payment methods can be single or double.
