Should the title of CCPIT signed on the invoice be consisten

One batch of goods exported to Qatar involves three-party trade. We are domestic manufacturers, and the middleman is Hong Kong company. Now Hong Kong guests let our factory deliver goods directly to Qatar. The consignor of bill of lading is the name of our factory, and the invoice and packing list are Hong Kong company. Now Qatar guests require the invoice to be signed with CCPIT certification. Do you want the CCPIT title of the invoice signed with the bill of lading consistent ? Will the difference between invoice and bill of lading affect the customs clearance?
