Operation Guide for Legalization of Business License Certifi

    Business license certification is an indispensable part in international business activities. If you want to conduct business in Indonesia, you need to certify your business license through the Indonesian Embassy. The following is the operation guide for the certification of the business license of the Indonesian Embassy to help you complete the certification process

Step 1: Prepare materials

    Before business license certification, you need to prepare the following documents:
1. Original business license: This license should be registered with the competent commercial department of your country and have the corresponding official seal and signature
2. Company registration certificate: This certificate should prove that your company is established in accordance with the commercial laws of your country
3. Articles of Association: The Articles of Association is a detailed description of the company's operation mode and rules, which should include the company's name, address, ownership structure, management structure and other information
4. Register of shareholders of the company: This is a list recording the identity of shareholders and equity distribution of the company, which should include the name, address and shares held by each shareholder

Step 2: Select the authentication method

    Before submitting your materials, you need to determine the certification method. You can choose to go to the Indonesian Embassy for certification in person or submit documents by mail. No matter which way you choose, you need to fill in a certification application form
    If you choose to go to the embassy for certification in person, you need to go to the embassy at the appointed time and pay the certification fee at the embassy
    If you choose to mail certification, you need to mail all copies of documents and application forms to the Indonesian Embassy, and attach the certification fee

Step 3: Submit documents

    No matter which authentication method you choose, you need to submit the document to the Indonesian Embassy. If you choose to go to the embassy for certification in person, you need to bring all the original documents and copies with you
    If you choose the mail authentication method, you need to mail the copies of all documents to the Indonesian Embassy, and attach the authentication fee

Step 4: Wait for the certification result

    Once you have submitted all the documents, you need to wait for the authentication result of the Indonesian Embassy. Generally, the certification process takes days to weeks, depending on the workload and busy degree of the embassy
