EU CE certification for chamber of Commerce + embassy certif

Our company is in Shenzhen. We just got the EU CE certification in May. The CE certification was produced in Germany. An Egyptian customer asked for CE certification for chamber of Commerce + Egyptian embassy certification, so as to help him register locally. However, we submitted the CE certification certificate and auxiliary materials to the CCPIT. The CCPIT said that it could not be handled because only the CE certificate issued by China's testing agency could be handled, and the C certificate issued by Germany could be applied E certification can't do embassy certification. Do you have a better solution to this situation? The customer said that we could send the Egyptian Embassy in Germany for certification, but this is too difficult and impossible. May I ask you to help do it on behalf of you? The customer said that it must be certified by the embassy.
