Interpretation of the origin standards of RCEP agreement: Wo

&Nbsp& Nbsp  The origin standards of RCEP agreement mainly fall into five categories: Wo, PE, PSR, ACU and DMI, which are somewhat similar to the origin standards of ASEAN certificate of origin form e(Wo, PE, PSR, CTH and percentage). The origin standards of goods are divided and selected according to raw materials. First of all, when selecting the origin standard, we first look at whether the goods contain imported ingredients. Wo and PE do not have imported ingredients

1. Origin standard Wo

&Nbsp& Nbsp  Fully obtain the selected wo. The product has not been processed, and the original form of raw materials can be seen, such as wood, iron ore, etc

2. Origin standard PE

&Nbsp& Nbsp  Select PE completely. After processing, the products cannot directly see the raw materials of the products, such as cartons, fresh-keeping bags, etc

3. Origin standard PSR

&Nbsp& Nbsp  When the HS code filled in is the PSR list code of a specific product, PSR can be selected as the origin standard; When PSR is selected as the standard of certificate of origin, the system adds a sub standard item of place of origin:

&Nbsp& Nbsp  b. Regional value component(RVC)

4. Origin standard acu

&Nbsp& Nbsp  The cumulative rule ACU is actually subdivided by the origin standard PE. After processing, the products cannot directly see the raw materials of the products, and the raw materials only contain the imported ingredients of member countries. The raw materials come from two or more countries in the RCEP agreement

5. Origin standard DMI

&Nbsp& Nbsp  Micro content DMI refers to that the product is processed, the composition of imported raw materials is less than 10%, and the tariff number has not changed

&Nbsp& Nbsp  No matter what origin standard you choose for the certificate of origin of RCEP agreement, it will not affect the tariff reduction. Therefore, in the face of more complex origin standards, or you still don't understand what origin standard you should choose, the platform suggests that for any product, you can choose Wo without processing and fill in PE after processing
