Notice No. 48 of 2019 of the General Administration of Customs(notice on no longer issuing GSP certificate of origin for goods exported to Japan)
According to the notification from the Japanese Embassy in China, the Ministry of finance of Japan has decided not to grant GSP tariff preference to China's goods exported to Japan from April 1, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. from April 1, 2019, the customs will no longer issue GSP certificate of origin and relevant Japan import processing certificate for goods exported to Japan.
2. If the consignor of the goods exported to Japan needs the certificate of origin, he / she may apply for the issuance of non preferential certificate of origin.
It is hereby announced.
