in order to further optimize the port business environment and promote cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to comprehensively promote the self-service printing of certificate of origin from May 20, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. The applicant or agent of certificate of origin can go through international trade & amp; single window & quot（ https://www.singlewindow.cn Or “ Internet plus customs ” Integrated online service platform（ http://online.customs.gov.cn ）Print the format certificate of origin approved by the customs.
