I met a problem. I was exporting to Vietnam for the first time, but I didn't understand it very well. I used my own company's title to declare at the customs. Now the customer says that the shipper of the bill of lading and the shipper of FORM E must be the same, but when asked that the title of FORM E can only be the agent, so my bill of lading becomes the agent's title. Although the rest of the data can correspond to the goods actually exported by our company, But will it affect the tax refund? Because the title of customs declaration is different from that of the bill of lading, the certificate of origin for export to Vietnam FORM E should be sent to the agent. Should the bill of lading also be changed to the agent company?
