We are a manufacturer in Weihai. We have a lot of goods exported to the Philippines. Some of the products in the goods are not produced by our factory, but bought from other factories and sold to customers directly. Now we go to handle fomr E certificate of origin, the certificate of origin was returned by the Commodity Inspection Bureau during the audit, saying that we have not put the product on record, we have not produced the product ourselves, so we certainly can not record the product. So how can we handle it now so that the original certificate of origin of the product not produced by our factory can also be processed?
