Is the certificate of origin only available to the applicant

In order to further standardize the business of origin, the forensics personnel must issue the certificate of origin manual signer's certificate or applicant's certificate or the certificate of authorization with legal person's signature and official seal to the staff at the certificate of origin business window. Once it is found that there is no relevant certificate, the company will be listed in the rectification list. Please collect evidence as required! If your company is in a hurry to use the certificate of origin, you can first apply for a certificate of origin through this platform and provide it to customers for customs clearance.

1. When the manual signer / applicant resigns, the company shall write a description and affix the company's official seal to apply for cancellation of the manual signer / applicant's qualification;
1 2. Add the manual signer / applicant, download the registration form of international commercial certificate for certificate of origin, fill in the back completely, and then return it to the issuing authority to complete the addition procedures;
1 3. The new employee can get CO by the power of attorney with the legal person's signature and official seal. If it is a long-term claim, it is suggested that the enterprise should add it as the applicant, and the procedures are the same as those in point 2.
1 4. If the manual signer's card / applicant's card is lost, he / she should carry his / her ID card. If the system confirms that he / she is the person who has been put on record, he / she will be reissued on site. Otherwise, it shall be handled according to the procedures of newly added manual signer / applicant. See point 2 for the process
