Certificate of non-processing in Hong Kong

Hong Kong's unprocessed certificate needs to be issued by the Hong Kong inspection company. There are two ways to handle it. The first is to directly stamp the unprocessed certificate seal on the form e certificate of origin, and provide the original form e certificate of origin + original invoice + photocopy of bill of lading; the other is form E certificate of origin is not in our hands, but has been sent to the customer. In this case, we need to provide a single unprocessed certificate to the foreign customers for customs clearance. We need to provide a copy of form e certificate of origin + statement + original invoice + photocopy of bill of lading.
