We are a trading company in Beijing. The certificate of origin has been applied for by the commodity inspection bureau. But now there is a Saudi customer. We do l / C. The L / C requires that the C / O must be issued by chamber of Commerce. Is there any way to issue the certificate of origin at the Commodity Inspection Bureau, but can this clause still be met? Because our company has not been registered in the CCPIT, if we have to go to the CCPIT for handling, it is likely to be issued after the certificate of origin, because it takes a certain time for us to go to the CCPIT for registration and filing, and we can apply for the certificate of origin only after the examination and approval.
