The shipment is from an import and export agent company A, The bill of lading shipper is issued by agent company A. now a Chilean guest requests to provide form f certificate of origin. Agent company a cannot handle form f certificate of origin, so it can only be issued by agent company B and form issued by agent company B The first column of exporter f shows company B and company a shows that under the description of goods, the customer can't use it for customs clearance normally.
