We are a foreign trade company in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. Now we have a batch of goods exported to Indonesia. The customer asked for the form e certificate of origin for customs clearance. Yesterday, we applied for the form e certificate of origin at the customs, but the certificate was returned. The customs requires that the real manufacturer with record must be shown in the description of the goods in column 7 of the certificate of origin for export to Indonesia The seventh column of e certificate of origin shows the factory information, so it will leak the factory information. We do not want to let the customer know the factory information, so as to avoid the customer directly contacting the factory for business transactions. Do Indonesian form e certificate of origin must show the factory? Is there any way to solve this problem?
