How do trading companies deal with Indonesian form e display

We are a trader in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. A batch of goods purchased from other factories are exported to Indonesia. Customers need us to provide certificate of origin form E. does the certificate of origin of Indonesian form e have to show the actual manufacturer information? Because we are just middlemen, we don't want customers to know the actual manufacturer information, so we don't want to display the manufacturer's information on the form e certificate of origin. We don't know whether this can be done.
