Hello, Mr. Zheng Hao, we are a factory in Tianjin. We have problems when we apply for the form e certificate of origin in Indonesia. We have to provide the customs declaration form when applying for the form e certificate of origin from the China Council for the promotion of international trade. However, our customs declaration form is our own product code, but the customer of form e certificate of origin requires to display the specified HS Code: hose clips hose hoop 82057000, this is contradictory, the code is inconsistent, so we can not apply for form e certificate of origin by ourselves. Can you apply for CCPIT Indonesia form e certificate of origin without customs declaration?
