We have tickets for export to Indonesia. Yesterday, the guest sent an e-mail saying that the Indonesian customs did not approve the form e certificate of origin we made because the ship was berthed in Hong Kong. Now the customer means that we are required to stamp the seal of China Inspection and quarantine limited formula on the form e certificate of origin, which we have never contacted. Do you know how to operate it? Our customers are Malaysian customers. They are just middlemen. The goods are directly sent to Indonesian customers by our factory. The form e certificate of origin is made by our factory in the form of third-party invoice.
