        The certificates of origin and back-to-back certificates of origin exported to Singapore, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand and Australia under the RCEP agreement will be issued electronically and provide independent certificate printing services; The certificates of origin exported to Brunei, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia do not use electronic signatures temporarily, but need to be manually signed and sealed on the certificates

        RCEP agreement certificate of origin and back-to-back certificate of origin issuance services will be provided through customs and CCPIT. At the same time, the applicant can also issue the certificate of origin on behalf of the agent through the certificate of origin handling and authenticity query platform that has realized the data docking with the online visa system
