&No matter what kind of documents, as long as they are not issued by our mainland, can not be certified in the CCPIT. According to experience, after the CE certification issued by the mainland inspection agency is used for the chamber of Commerce certification, the content of the testimony is: the photocopy of the attached documents is consistent with the original. If other documents are used for certification by CCPIT, the content of the testimony is: the attached document is authentic. With these two points, we can find a solution to the problem:

&The company and the enterprise may draw up a declaration document by themselves. The contents of the statement are as follows: the company undertakes that the photocopy of the Certificate No. * issued by the inspection institution of * * is consistent with the original, and the enterprise / company guarantees that the printed copy of CE certificate attached to the statement is true, legal and valid, and there is no forgery or alteration of any information. In case of any violation of relevant laws and regulations, which is inconsistent with the facts, the legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the enterprise / company itself.

   2. Move the information on CE certification to word, organize and edit it by yourself, print it out and seal it, then take it for certification and extract the main information: the applicant, the name of the testing agency, the product, the certification number, and what standard the product certification conforms to. Finally, if there is any discrepancy between the above statement and the fact, the legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the enterprise/ The company is responsible for it.

&In this way, we can take the statement to the Council for the promotion of international trade(CCPIT) for certification by the chamber of Commerce. The certified testimony is: the attached document is true to the seal of the company.
