New requirements for additional signature and certification

&In order to ensure the smooth export of goods to the Republic of Iraq, the commercial department of the Iraqi embassy in China issued a notice of new requirements. Please pay more attention when applying for the endorsement certification of the Iraqi embassy, so as to ensure the smooth delivery of the documents. The specific requirements are as follows:

1、 When applying for the certificate of origin and commercial invoice certification, the following materials should be attached:
&The certificate of conformity(COC) or Conformity verification(COI) issued by TUV inspection company of Germany or bv bv international inspection company of France are used as the certification materials required for certification &Import license;
&Please add the contact information of Chinese enterprises in the exporter information section of the certificate of origin, so that the Embassy can inquire about business related matters.

2、 Copies of the contract must be submitted at the same time in the following two cases:
&1. For projects signed between the application company and the Iraqi government(excluding investment government projects), it is not necessary to submit the compliance certificates(COC and COI);
&The invoice amount of the applicant company exceeds US $1000000(i.e. one million US dollars only).
