Process of overdue certificate of origin

&Expired certificate of origin refers to the certificate of origin that is issued after the goods are exported but not applied for by the issuing agency within the normal processing time limit, but want to apply for the certificate of origin after the expiration of the time limit. There are strict regulations on the time limit of all kinds of certificates of origin, and they are also different. At present:

1. The certificate of origin of the Asia Pacific trade agreement stipulates that the certificate of origin shall be issued at the time of export or within 3 working days after shipment 2. China Chile form f certificate of origin(the China Chile FTA requires that the certificate of origin should be issued before or within 30 days after the export);
(3) China New Zealand Certificate of origin form X(there is no provision for the issuance of certificate of origin in the China New Zealand Free Trade Agreement, that is, enterprises should apply for the issuance of certificate of origin before or at the time of shipment);
4. ECFA certificate of origin across the Taiwan Strait(the period of reissue of the certificate allowed by the cross strait economic cooperation framework agreement is 90 days, calculated from the date of goods export declaration);
5. The term of certificate of origin of other free trade agreements is within one year(or 12 months) from the date of shipment, including: China Pakistan FTA certificate of origin, China South Korea FTA origin certificate, China Australia FTA origin certificate, ASEAN form e certificate of origin, general certificate of origin Co, China Iceland, China Singapore, China Costa Rica, etc.

&Enterprises with expired certificate of origin cannot apply for it through normal channels. They can only check out the certificate through reverse signing. The certificate can be used normally. If your company needs to issue an expired certificate of origin, you can apply for a replacement through this platform.

Process for renewal of expired certificate of origin:
