In order to realize the accurate verification of the third party / non contracting party company information of the certificate of origin and ensure the accuracy of the intelligent document review, it is necessary to standardize the entry of the third party / non party company information of the certificate of origin.

 

After the enterprise checks the third party invoice / non party company option, the system will display the third party invoice / non party company entry information interface, and the enterprise should enter the name, address(optional) and country / region respectively.
The standard of certificate entry is as follows:
(1)     country / region is a drop-down option and supports fuzzy search.
G. E, B, P, F, N, x, R, s, I, l, a, K, Ge certificate countries / regions can not be selected from China(Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, China) and the importing country.
(2)     H card can not be selected from China or Taiwan;
Note: if the country / region of the non contracting party company is Hong Kong, Macao, China, the country / region is not required to be filled in.
(3) Multiple third party / non party company information can be entered.
(4) Address of the third party / non contracting party company, except for a / Ge certificate, other certificates are optional Certificate preview or print changes are as follows:
(1)    E / B / g certificate:
When the preview or print data is generated, the contents of the entry items of the non contracting party companies will be displayed in the special terms column, and the words & ＂; the Party Operator: & rdquo; will be automatically added before the information filled in by the enterprise.
(2)    X / N / S / I / P certificate:
When previewing or printing data is generated, the entry items of non contracting party companies will be displayed in the special terms column, and the words "non-party operator: & rdquo; will be automatically added before the information filled in by the enterprise.
(3) A / F / Ge / K / R / L certificate:
When the preview or print data are generated, the contents of the entry items of non contracting party companies will be displayed in the remarks column, and the words & amp; non-party operator: & rdquo; will be automatically added before the information filled in by the enterprise. Among them, R certificate: because the manufacturer needs to be marked, the line will be automatically renewed at the end of the non contracting party's information, and the manufacturer's information will be automatically renewed at the end of the manufacturer's information to connect the remarks and shipping marks. If there is no information of non contracting party, the manufacturer's information will not be added; certificate A: there is no remark column on the continuation page, and the content that cannot be displayed in the remark column on the first page will continue to be printed after the cut-off mark in the Description column in the eighth column.
For the above certificates(except certificate a), even if the information of non contracting parties is not filled in, when the data of remarks information of certificates cannot be placed in the remarks column on the first page of the certificate, the contents of the extra first page will be displayed in the subsequent pages.
For certificate A, if the information of non contracting party is not filled in and the remark information data of certificate cannot be placed in the remarks column on the first page of the certificate, the contents on the extra first page will be displayed after the cut-off character in the Description column of column 8.
(4)     H certificate:
When previewing or printing data is generated, the entry items of non contracting party companies will be displayed in the special terms column, and the words "operator of non contracting party" will be automatically added before the information filled in by the enterprise.
(5) Certificate preview or print format:
The preview or print format of non party / third party company is: name space, address, comma, country / region, multiple non party / third party, separated by newline, without restriction on the number of items.
For example:
Non Party Operator: company name 1, address 1, country name 1
Company name 2, country name 2
(6) The official declaration of K and f certificates is displayed in the first line of the remarks column instead of the end of the remarks column.

II cargo information, port and certificate adjustment
(1)    all certificates:
1. In the goods information, non original ingredients, name of goods manufacturer, organization code, contact person and contact number are required;
1 2. Port of departure, port of discharge, transit country / region, port of transshipment and port of destination are modified to drop-down boxes with quick search function. Enterprises can select ports through the drop-down box or enter keywords to search for ports. (2) H certificate:
1. The English name of goods is not required 2. Manufacturer's name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and manufacturer's description are required. If there is no telephone, fax or email address, please fill in & rdquo; none & rdquo;;

 

3. Make the following adjustments to the certificate manufacturer's information, certificate preview and print:
note: the certificates approved before August 9, 2020 will be displayed in the original way, and the certificates newly declared or approved after adjustment will be displayed in the following way
(1) If the manufacturer code is the same, the certificate only displays the manufacturer information of item No. 1.
(2) If "confidentiality" is checked in one or more items of the goods manufacturer column, and the "provided when required by the certification authority or relevant authority" is filled in, the preview print of the certificate manufacturer column shows that the product is provided when required by the certification authority or relevant authority (3) For a number of goods, the manufacturer information is filled in, and "confidential" is checked, and the "provided when required by the certification authority or relevant authority" is filled in, and the certificate manufacturer column only shows "provided when required by the certification authority or relevant authority";
